We have chosen with great attention every element and given birth to our Bun’s recipe, inspired to the Original American one, wich has soon optained great success becoming a best seller. .
We only use local meat prepared by our trusted butcher and we produce all the sauces on our own.

Following the philosophy of healthy and genuine, sweets are also derived from simple recipes; Bombamisù is a review of the classic Tiramisù prepared with the bread of our production and refitted in a dessert. For ice cream, we chose the Artisan Gelateria Arilù-Brusson that uses raw materials for its ice cream as the fresh milk of the Fromagerie Evançon. Seasonal new dishes to discover …
